EC 155Blanc 2014 Grapes :  Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris and Semillon.

Soil : Clay-loam-gravel

Vinification : Fully ripe grapes are harvested and fermented on 100% new oak barrels.

Fermentation : French oak barrels in the course of 6 months.

Alcohol: 12%

Production : 2100 bottles

Conserve : 3 to 4 years.

To drink : Fish with sauce, white meat

Degustation Notes : Poultry, grilled turbot.
