Soil : Clay-loam-gravel

Vinification : Fully ripe grapes are harvested and fermented on 100% new oak barrels.

Fermentation : French oak barrels in the course of 6 months.

Alcohol: 12.50%

Production : 3000 bottles

Conserve : 3 to 4 years according to the vintage.

To drink : Fish with sauce, white meat

Degustation Notes : Toasted, tasteful with an exotic finish.
